I began my career at the New Zealand Railways as an Apprentice Coach builder back in 1980 and when completed I moved to Australia. I started at Austral for 13 years, Brisbane City Council/Volgren for another 13 years where I progressed into a Section Leaders role and completed 2 Cert 1V in Frontline and Competitive Manufacturing. After Volgren I progressed into Operations and Production Management in a few RV Industry for around 5-6 years and now at Custom Denning from March 2022.
