Over the years, he has seamlessly transitioned through various roles within the United Kingdom and Australian bus industry, ultimately reaching the prestigious position of Managing Director for both private and publicly listed companies.

In 2009, fueled by entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for the industry, Scott, alongside his wife, ventured into their own business with a modest fleet of 7 second-hand buses. What started as a small enterprise quickly blossomed into a substantial fleet, showcasing Scott's innate ability to turn challenges into opportunities.

In 2014, Scott's journey took him to Australia, where he acquired Telford's, marking the beginning of a new chapter. His bold move continued with the acquisition of legendary Australian bus manufacturers, Custom Bus in 2018 and then Denning Manufacturing in 2019.
